The form contains errors
Recently I, along with other members of the Fusion5 team, had the privilege of attending Microsoft's premier partner conference - Inspire. It was truly motivating and below are some of my key takeaways from the event.
Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organisation on the planet to achieve more, and it is through their partners, like us, that this mission comes to life for our customers. Being a partner led company it is important that Microsoft empower their partners to deliver this mission.
At Inspire this year, One Commercial Partner was introduced where the previously disparate partner-focused teams from across Microsoft have joined into one. This means that no matter the size, business model or location of the partner they will receive the same benefits from Microsoft, and this ultimately gets passed down to customers.
Microsoft will work with their partners across three different areas:
Build-with - Microsoft will provide partner development professionals to work with partners to grow their practice, increase capabilities and build IP.
Go-To-Market - through offers, Microsoft will help partners bring their solutions to market.
Sell-with - Microsoft will match the right partner with the right customer at the right time.
The aim of this new partnering structure is to simplify partner engagements with Microsoft and increase collaboration, resulting in better service to our customers.
At Inspire Microsoft also shared their focus areas for how we succeed as a partner and serve our customers better:
This is a great move from Microsoft and one that Fusion5 will embrace to continue our strong relationship with Microsoft. For our customers, this strong relationship means that customers will benefit from our increased capabilities and knowledge, newly developed IP and business solutions that we develop with Microsoft. This new partnering structure is not only exciting for Microsoft partners but for our customers too.
