We are seeking a highly experienced Project Delivery Manager - Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to join our Professional Services team in either Melbourne or Brisbane.
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of success in leading a team and delivering both projects and programs.
As a Fusion5 Project Delivery Manager you will be in the front line of creating that success. You will also be a member of our PMO team.
Through the PMO you will be working with a network of incredibly capable Project Management professionals to identify and implement ongoing process improvement in our methodology and delivery.
What you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the successful implementation of large Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, responsibilities, services and deliverables
- The overall CRM project management function, providing leadership, coordination and management including:
- Weekly project reviews with Project Managers as a mechanism to provide project oversight and guidance
- Ensure Project Managers are appropriately prepared for meetings including strategies and tactics for difficult discussions
- Empowering project wide results by creating, leading and motivating people towards achieving organisational goals and wider benefits
- Actively seeking and implementing improvements to methodology and processes, working cooperatively with the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement team and the PMO
- Ensuring all CRM projects have active, appropriate, and effective project governance and monitoring in place
- Ensuring reporting is done on time and to an appropriate standard by all Project Managers including status and RAG reporting.
The Project Delivery Manager should have:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a senior project manager or 5 years as a senior programme/portfolio manager in complex environments
- Demonstrated experience to lead organisational change/improvement
- Knowledge and experience of best practice project management methodologies and techniques to provide sound advice and support to Project Managers and stakeholders
- Experience of project management using AGILE or PRINCE2 methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large sized projects
- Ability to influence others to manage their projects in accordance with project management best practice
- Ability to foresee and avoid problems before they occur wherever possible
- Ability to quickly develop an understanding of complex projects and situations across Fusion5
- Worked in a professional services environment
- Strong communication skills including written and oral presentation skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation skills with ability to resolve conflict situations.
