We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with a strong history of delivering business focused outcomes - this means you understand that it’s more than just the technology, and it’s bridging the gap between business imperatives and the need for modern and secure IT systems.
Ideally your background demonstrates industry experience within a similar customer facing role. You will be hardworking, self-motivated and have the experience and capability to help us grow our Cloud, Infrastructure & Security team across Australia and New Zealand.
This role can be based in any one of our Australian office locations (Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Perth), as well as New Zealand (either Auckland or Wellington). You will provide professional services (Advisory and Consulting) for our customers specifically around Microsoft 365 architecture, design, deployment, and enterprise applications like Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, and the Defender suite.
This will be a solution architecture and technical delivery role where you will be involved in the initial architecture design and then lead the successfully delivery of the project alongside other members of the project delivery team.
We need someone that brings:
- Demonstrated industry experience in a customer facing role delivering consulting and adoption services for Modern Work and Security business initiatives.
- Can talk confidently to business requirements rather than just the technology.
- A real "can do" attitude is required, along with demonstrated previous experience working autonomously.
- An in-depth understanding and extensive experience with Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Device Management (Intune), Defender for Endpoint, Exchange Online.
- An in-depth understanding of system administration ideally with experience in an Enterprise environment.
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell etc.), DevOps methodology knowledge is also desirable.
- Experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Purview is desirable.
- An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints.
- Strong documentation skills including system architecture design/diagrams.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- A solid work ethic and the desire to learn and develop.
- Right to live and work in Australia or NZ.
